3. Shipping & Return Costs
- We currently ship and accept returns within the United States only.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Jenny’s Salon is not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
